Return & Refund Policy
UniVibe Essentials LLC

At UniVibe Essentials LLC, we want you to feel confident and satisfied when furnishing your college space. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items must be shipped back to us within the return window.
Please note:

Custom items and final sale items are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns on used or assembled furniture.
To initiate a return, email us at info@univibe-essentials.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond with further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If rejected due to signs of use or damage, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@univibe-essentials.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
