At UniVibe Essentials LLC, we aim to deliver your dorm furniture reliably and on time, whether you're ordering for immediate delivery or planning ahead for move-in day.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Standard Shipping
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Scheduled Delivery (Preorders)
For our Starter Pack products, we offer a scheduled delivery option. This allows you to place an order in advance and select a preferred delivery date at least 30 days in the future—perfect for planning your college move-in.

We recommend allowing a small buffer for unforeseen delays (e.g., carrier issues, weather).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may apply to eligible promotions or bundled orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, email us at info@univibe-essentials.com with your order number and relevant details (including photos if applicable). We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive this within 5 business days, reach out to us at info@univibe-essentials.com.
